Hawaiʻi has a long history of relying on leaders to make decisions about changes that affect our communities. Officials and government workers have very challenging work to navigate the multiple complexities that exist to support everyone.

Our future is in our hands. We all have to take responsibility and become accountable for the direction and support our communities need. Engaging with our community and leaders to provide input and direction and supporting changes in laws that support positive outcomes will help to build better government systems that support stronger and healthier communities.
